Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order? Because each piece is handled by our small, dedicated team, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every detail is right.
Where do you ship from? All orders are shipped directly from our headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
When will my order be processed? We process orders ASAP. Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends, and processing may take slightly longer during holidays or sale seasons.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order? To maintain our fast processing times, all change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this window will be denied. We kindly ask that you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

What if my items are damaged, incorrect, or defective? We want to make it right. If your order is missing items or contains defective merchandise, please email us immediately. Include your order number and photographs of the items so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if I don’t receive my order? If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund.
