1. Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Schedule: We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

  • Peak Seasons: Please allow additional processing time during holidays or major sale events.

2. Shipping Origins & Timelines

  • Location: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in St. Louis, MO.

  • Delivery Window: Due to high demand and our boutique fulfillment process, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure our team can ship orders as efficiently as possible, we offer a 12-hour window for any changes or cancellations.

  • Requests made within 12 hours of purchase will be honored.

  • Requests made after the 12-hour mark will be denied as the order has already entered our fulfillment stream.

4. Shipping Protection & Refunds

  • Lost Packages: If you have not received your tracking update or package within 30 days of the ship date, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Incorrect Information: 25:SEVEN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
