Shipping Schedule: We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

2. Shipping Origins & Timelines

Location: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in St. Louis, MO.

Delivery Window: Due to high demand and our boutique fulfillment process, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure our team can ship orders as efficiently as possible, we offer a 12-hour window for any changes or cancellations.

Requests made after the 12-hour mark will be denied as the order has already entered our fulfillment stream.
4. Shipping Protection & Refunds

Lost Packages: If you have not received your tracking update or package within 30 days of the ship date, you are eligible for a full refund.
